LANGDON leverages a strong, ribbon-like detail as a unifying feature across the collection for balance, proportion and strength while maintaining a light and open silhouette. The box-ribbon detail is used to form nearly all of the structural elements, softened at junctions with a rounded lead-in detail. The box-ribbon was chosen to help reduce formal complexity and create a motif that was simple to manufacture to aid in keeping the LANGDON range broadly accessible.
